Commercial Coffee And Espresso Machine Repair Rates And Fees

Regular Phone Hours: Espresso Gurus, LLC Voice Mail System automatically connects you with a dispatcher or the on-call service technician who will respond to the service call. If you are not able to talk to a technician/dispatcher please leave a voice message with your name, phone number, brand of coffee equipment and briefly describe what is the issue with your coffee equipment. The service technician’s first priority will be to troubleshoot the problem over the phone to determine whether onsite service is necessary. Phone response will be between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 p.m.

Payment Terms

We accept checks, cash or credit card payments (credit card payments will include a 3.5% credit card processing fee) for our services. You will be liable to pay the fees listed below after you agree to have a technician dispatched out to your location. If you need to cancel a service call before the technician arrives to your location, you will be responsible for a $75 service call cancellation fee. If the technician has already arrived at your location and you cancel the service call, you will be responsible to pay the full service call dispatch fee. You agree to all of our terms listed on this website when you order a service call.  

Repair & Service Rates

Shop Labor Rates

Any work performed at our shop will be charged at $100/hr

Dispatch & Onsite Rates

If your service requirements can be taken care of in the first come and first serve cycle you should use this service type. Normal business hour service will be conducted between 10am to 4pm. Your technician will let you know when they are available to come over to your location. 

  • Travel: $100/hr (Actual Travel Time) 
  • Labor Rate: $100/hr *One hour minimum will be charged. 
  • Parts Cost: If parts are required to fix the issue you will be notified in advance of the parts cost (where possible).

If you require services after our normal service hours the following rates will be applicable. Any service rendered between 4:01pm to 9:59am will be considered after hours service. 

  • Travel: $150/hr (Actual Travel Time) 
  • Labor Rate: $140/hr *One hour minimum will be charged. 
  • Parts Cost: If parts are required to fix the issue you will be notified in advance of the parts cost (where possible).

If you require services 1 day before a holiday, during a holiday or 1 day after an holiday the following rates will be applicable. 

  • Travel: $200/hr (Actual Travel Time)
  • Labor Rate: $150/hr *One hour minimum will be charged. 
  • Parts Cost: If parts are required to fix the issue you will be notified in advance of the parts cost (where possible).
