How Other eCommerce Sites Do Business

Most eCommerce sites will simply sell & ship the equipment to you, not caring that they can’t send out their own techs when you need service. (In most cases it’s delivered to your front door, which means you need to have someone who is able to lift (up-to 400 lb) and take the equipment to where it is supposed to be in the building.)

  1. You are responsible for getting the equipment installed by a qualified tech, which means you will have to find a tech in your area and hope they know what they are doing. The eCommerce site may recommend a tech in your area if they have one on file but will not be responsible for the quality of work they perform. If the tech makes any mistake causing damage to the equipment during installation it’s between you and the tech to resolve the matter. The eCommerce site will not return the equipment because of the tech’s fault.
  2. If equipment has any defect which renders it useless, your stuck with the equipment until you go through a long and lengthy process of returning it. You lose time, money and are put through a lot of frustration because deadlines can no longer be met. Worst of all you have to prove that the damaged equipment is not your fault.
  3. You are on your own when it comes to getting the recommended preventive maintenance performed by qualified coffee tech. Again you have to find a qualified tech who is able & authorized to work on your machine make & model.
  4. You are on your own if the machine breaks-down and needs repairs. Again you will have to find a qualified tech to repair your equipment.

How We Do Business

  1. We get your machine shipped directly our shop from the manufacturer and bench test everything for you in advance. If there are any issues with the equipment we take care of it for you. You are not stuck with defected equipment. When you buy equipment through us we make sure you get equipment in working order so you don’t have to go through the hassle of returns with the manufacturer while you wait for months. In such a scenario your practically stuck because you’ve already paid and are without a working machine. 
  2. Once the bench test is completed, we schedule a time that is suitable for you to deliver the equipment. We don’t deliver to the front door instead we bring in the machine to where you want it placed in your building.
  3. Our tech will then begin the process of installing the equipment for you.
  4. After installing, our techs don’t walk out, instead if you choose they can train you or your staff on proper usage, cleaning and answer any other questions you may have regarding your new equipment. If you have a grinder on site, the tech can also calibrate the grinder and machine to produce the best possible espresso. 
  5. We have in-house techs which means you can opt to get regular preventive maintenance performed. Simply let the tech know and they will enter you in our system. The techs will let you know exactly what plan you need to be on depending on your individual requirements and usage. Preventive maintenance is performed:
    1. After every 3 months
    2. After every 4 months
    3. After every 6 months
    4. Once a year
