Patricia has been a coffee enthusiast and a writer since she could reach the kitchen counter and hold a pen. She is a Colorado native who enjoys drinking incredible coffee from all over the world and has an ever-growing collection of coffee merchandize.

In Thailand, she sipped espresso with yuzu, in Mexico, she sipped goat milk caramel lattes, in Malaysia, she sipped buttery white coffee, and in Korea, she sipped cream cheese coffee. Patricia roasted coffee beans over an open fire on a coffee plantation in Tanzania — and probably still smells like coffee. Believe us when we say that you will never be able to remove that aroma from your hair! At home, she prefers the smooth, clear Chemex method — although the Wacaco Minipresso comes in a close second. She enjoys contributing to coffee websites and sampling every variety of coffee imaginable.
