Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave T3 Commercial Espresso Machine is an upgraded version of the previous Aurelia II T3 machine, featuring Pulse Jet technology for improved user control and the ability to adjust coffee flow at different intervals. The T3 technology allows for complete control over the temperature of the primary boiler, coffee group boiler, and group heads. The machine also has an independent group head timer display and high-resolution touch screen for quick adjustments. The Wave Smart Water Technology (optional) can detect water quality changes and alert the operator to reduce long-term costs. The machine also includes a new Pulse Jet Technology for creating extraction profiles, a Remote Control Interface for controlling extraction, preparation, dispensing, and cleaning, as well as statistics on hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly usage. The Wave also has a focus on detail, energy consumption, environmental impact, and ergonomics.
