The eCommerce site may recommend a tech in your area if they have one on file but will not be responsible for the type of work they perform. If the tech makes any mistake causing damage to the equipment during installation it’s between you and the tech to resolve the matter. The eCommerce site will not return the equipment because of the tech’s fault.
2. If equipment has any defect which renders it useless, your stuck with the equipment until you go through a long and lengthy process of returning it. You lose time, money and are put through a lot of frustration because deadlines can no longer be met.
3. You are on your own when it comes to getting the recommended preventive maintenance performed by coffee tech. Again you have to find a qualified tech who is able to work on your machine.
4. You are on your own if the machine breaks-down and needs repairs. Again you will have to find a qualified tech to repair your equipment.

How we do business. 

1. We get this machine shipped to our shop from the manufacturer and bench test everything for you in advance. If there are any issues with the equipment we take care of it for you. You are not stuck with defected equipment. When you buy equipment through us we make sure you get equipment in working order so you don’t have to go through the hassle of returns while you wait for months.
2. Once the bench test is completed, we schedule a time that is suitable for you to deliver the equipment. We don’t deliver to the front door instead we bring in the machine to where you want it placed in your building.
3. Our tech will then begin the process of installing the equipment for you.
4. After installing, our techs don’t walk out, instead if you choose they can train you or your staff on proper usage, cleaning and answer any other questions you may have regarding your new equipment.
5. We have in-house techs which means you can opt to get regular preventive maintenance performed. Simply let the tech know and they will enter you in our system. The techs will let you know exactly what plan you need to be on depending on your individual requirements and usage. Preventive maintenance is performed:
   1. After very 3 months
   2. After every 4 months
   3. After every 6 months
   4. Once a year

NEO: New Engine Optimization

The Eagle One was developed to reduce our environmental impact by embracing new technology. Carbon emissions from power consumption are minimised through the use of new materials and the unique design of the machine. This can save you money on your power costs, especially when compared to other machines.

The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only the heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs.

Productivity and performance remain high, but consumption is considerably reduced. The LCA* (Life Cycle Assessment) demonstrated how the Eagle One had a 23% less environmental impact concerning the same category machine.

TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses the discharged water to pre-heat the incoming water. The result is a 8% saving on total machine consumption.

Eagle one is a machine that is born to be “smart”; with a backbone of technology that will allow for future product enhancements, including integration into the My Victoria Arduino App to be released in the future.

Exclusive and user-friendly, the Eagle One app will soon allow a Bluetooth connection for the user to create and share information and recipes about coffee recipes and drink profiles with a global network of coffee professionals. The app will also be able to track and control various functions of the espresso machine without interrupting the barista workflow.
