Our Policy

We Have A No Refund No Return Policy. We Will Repair Equipment That Has A Manufactururs Defect Free Of Charge For Up-To 30 Days After Purchase Date.

You have 30 days to report any manufacturer defects with your equipment after purchase date. If your issue is a manufacturer defect you will be eligible for free repairs. Defects reported after 30 days of purchase date will be charged for repairs. You must report damaged equipment within 24hrs of shipment.

Manufacturers Warranty

Most of the equipment we sell comes with a manufacturers standard warranty. The warranty period can be up-to 1 year depending on the equipment and brand. If your equipment has any issues please contact us at service@espressogurus.com to find out if the warranty covers the issue. If the warranty does cover your issue, you purchased the equipment from us and if you are located within our service area we will send out our technician to resolve the issue. If you are not located within our service area then the manufacturer will send out their technician closest to your location. The manufacturer of your equipment is responsible for the warranty they provide, however we will do our best to help you get your equipment fixed as soon as possible. New equipment rarely breaks down but when it does, it usually can be fixed with a quick repair. We value our customers and will do everything possible for us to solve your equipment issues.

No Canceling An Order After Submitting Payment

You cannot cancel orders after submitting payment. All sales are final. Please double check your order before submitting payment.
